  • Dear Tim’s Mom, How long do you bake this? in Step 5, one preheats the oven, to 375F., however there is no baking time, shown, once the reserved sausages have been placed on top. Step number 8, perhaps, on the reverse? I would love to try this. Please advise. Thank you, Brian (Recipe: Italian Sausage Polenta Pie)

  • Hi Brian! That’s where Mom cut the page and pasted it in the book. Since everything is already hot, I’d let it go about 20 minutes – bake ’til hot. 🙂
